Biography
H-G Training Group develops and conducts employee training programs designed to equip participants with information and tools to successfully deal with other people. Since 1993, H-G Training has helped more than 150 organizations including Fortune 500 companies and over 20,000 individuals improve their “people skills.” Clients include corporations, universities, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Before founding H-G Training Group in 1993, Jeanie Hagen-Greene had over 20 years of real-world experience. She is a veteran of the financial services industry, having worked 12 years for two major California savings institutions and 9 years for a commercial bank. Being promoted from teller to manager to vice president, Jeanie oversaw banking operations, sales and sales staff management, marketing, and training.
Jeanie is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). She’s a member of the Capital City Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type, and a member of the American Society for Training and Development. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science.
